Illuminate Clinical Solutions provides psychological evaluation and testing services. Our services are provided by a licensed psychologist and are subject to professional standards and applicable state and federal regulations.

Not Emergency Services

Our services are not intended for emergency situations. Illuminate Clinical Solutions, PLLC is an outpatient practice and does not offer 24/7 crisis intervention or emergency coverage; phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages submitted through this website are reviewed only during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT). If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line, or — for veterans — dial 988 and press 1 or text 838255. Telehealth Services

We provide telehealth services to clients located in states where we are licensed to practice. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that you understand the benefits, risks, and limitations of telehealth as discussed during the informed consent process.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We require 24-48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Specific payment and cancellation policies will be provided during the scheduling process.
