As a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of high-level experience in federal service and private practice, I specialize in comprehensive psychological testing, FMLA assessments, and disability evaluations. My approach combines clinical precision with a collaborative spirit. I provide the thorough documentation and objective insights necessary for workplace accommodations, medical-legal needs, and personal diagnostic understanding.
My approach to evaluations is rooted in my tenure as a National Consultant and Lead Trainer for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Michael B. Quant, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience conducting psychological assessments, with a particular emphasis on disability and functional evaluations. He has extensive experience evaluating Veterans, completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires, assessing psychiatric impairment, and providing medical nexus opinions. His assessment background also includes managing a psychological assessment clinic and conducting psychological testing in inpatient and outpatient settings.
In his current role, Dr. Quant provides independent evaluations related to short-term disability, workplace reasonable accommodations, military entrance processing (MEPS), federal employee retirement (FERS) disability, and VA disability and nexus determinations. His evaluations integrate clinical interviews, psychological testing, behavioral observations, medical and mental health records, and relevant occupational history to provide objective, evidence-based conclusions regarding diagnosis, functional limitations, and impairment.
Dr. Quant earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. He is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and holds an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT, allowing him to provide telepsychology services across participating states.

She has extensive experience with patient intake, scheduling, patient communication, medical records coordination, insurance-related administrative support, and front-desk operations.
In her current role with Illuminate Clinical Solutions, Evelyn serves as an important point of contact for clients throughout the intake and scheduling process. She conducts initial consultation calls, coordinates appointments, monitors completion of required forms and documentation, manages client portal communications, and supports the clinical team with administrative and records-related needs. Her work helps ensure that patients are prepared for their evaluations and that the practice's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Evelyn brings a patient-centered, organized, and responsive approach to healthcare administration. With experience working directly with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance representatives, she understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail in navigating healthcare services.
